Shipping Policy — 986 Productions

At 986 Productions, we work hard to get your gear to you as quickly and reliably as possible. Please read the details below so you know what to expect when ordering from us.

Processing & Handling

  • Most orders are shipped from our in-house facility or one of our partner warehouses.

  • Orders are generally processed and shipped within a variable time frame depending on stock location and availability.

  • All orders will be shipped within 30 days of purchase. If we are unable to ship your order within this time frame, you are entitled to a full refund.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

  • We use FedEx, UPS, or USPS as our primary carriers.

  • Delivery estimates are based on the shipping method you choose at checkout.

  • Please note: Estimated delivery dates are provided by the carrier and may vary due to factors outside our control (weather, carrier delays, customs, etc.).

Responsibility After Shipment

  • Once your order leaves our facility, the carrier is responsible for delivery and handling.

  • We are not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, or damaged while in transit.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged, we’ll do our best to assist you and may offer a discount as a goodwill gesture.

  • If your package appears lost, we will work with you and the carrier to track it down.

  • If you put in reasonable effort to assist in locating the shipment and it is confirmed as truly lost, we will ship a replacement item or issue you a full refund.

International Shipping

  • International delivery times vary greatly depending on location, customs processing, and carrier schedules.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes charged by their country.
